To rent a property, you need to fill out an application form, provide proof of income and employment, and pass a credit check, background check, employment verification. Once your application is approved, you will be asked to sign a lease agreement. Application fees are $40-$60 depending on property. We charge a ONE-TIME Admin Fee to all household. (this fee cover the entire household even if there is more than one adult and even if you are applying to more than property.
Application approval can be 1 Hour - 21 Days. Please allow our team to fully process your application. Screening reports sometimes are delay. Verification must be completed as well before an decision is made.

Just keep in mind if you are applying to more than one home you may be required to pay an additional application fee.
You need to give at least 30 days' notice before moving out of a rental property. This will give us enough time to find a new tenant and prepare the property for them.
If you have bad credit your application can be denied. Depending on how bad the credit is.
You may want to check with a property manager to see if your credit profile may be accepted.
If you have a voucher most credit profile are accepted with no problems
